Making health matter

In September our HR department organised a Health & Fitness Fair for Wood Group people in North East Scotland at the David Lloyd Sports centre in Aberdeen. More than 270 employees attended the event, which comprised many attractions including free health checks and advice from medical professionals on issues including diet, exercise, UV sun damage assessments, smoking cessation and alcohol awareness. Participants had the opportunity to try out skipping, rowing, surfing and golf challenges as well as take advantage of the corporate discount at the sports centre.
