Mustang is acquiring a majority interest in Al-Hejailan Consultants' business through a newly established joint venture. Mustang Al-Hejailan Engineering will provide engineering and project management services to Saudi Arabia's oil & gas and chemical industries.

Wood Group Engineering (North Sea) has been appointed duty holder for the FPSO Sevan Voyageur by Premier Oil, the licencee for the Shelley field in the central UK North Sea, and introduced hydrocarbons on schedule to the FPSO on 6 August 2009.

Commissioning & start-up services for BP Colombia
Wood Group Colombia has received a two-year contract from BP Exploration Company (Colombia) to provide commissioning and start-up services for new projects in the Casanare region of Colombia. The projects include production facilities optimization/upgrades, new flow lines and well pads, a sales gas plant expansion and a new liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) plant.
