Our Subsea & Pipelines Technology Group is the world's largest solution-independent service provider for subsea systems, onshore and offshore pipelines, and related marine facilities. It is currently working on 20 major subsea projects globally and recent awards include the subsea FEED for the INPEX Ichthys LNG project in Australia and pipeline integrity services for Total in the North Sea.

Recent acquisitions are helping to expand our geographic reach. Over the course of the last year we've acquired three Australian production support companies, investing US$25million to date, and are establishing a new corporate office in Perth to serve the Asia Pacific region, confirming our position as a leading service provider, with more than 1000 employees.

In Saudi Arabia, Mustang is acquiring a majority interest in Al-Hejailan Consultants' business through a newly established joint venture that will provide engineering and project management services to Saudi Arabia's oil & gas and chemical industries.

Just as we are committed to helping our customers and people meet their challenges, we're equally dedicated to making Wood News interesting and informative.
