Wood Group acquires PSN
Wood Group has acquired PSN Limited for $955 million. PSN has merged with Wood Group’s Production Facilities business to create the leading global brownfield production services provider Wood Group PSN. PSN CEO Bob Keiller has been appointed CEO of the new business and will join the Wood Group Board. Les Thomas, currently CEO of Wood Group Production Facilities, has been appointed deputy CEO.

Wood Group Well Support to be sold to GE
Wood Group has entered a conditional agreement to sell the Well Support Division to GE for $2.8 billion. We believe GE will be a good owner of the business and, with its scale and reach, will be able to accelerate its international growth.

IMV Projects awarded EPCM contract by AltaGas
IMV Projects has been awarded a multimillion dollar contract by AltaGas to provide full engineering, procurement and construction management services for the Gordondale sour gas processing facility and associated gas gathering system. The facility will be designed to process 120 million cubic feet/day and will include deep cut liquids extraction capabilities.

Alliance awarded South Nemba Auxiliary project, offshore Angola
Alliance Engineering was chosen by Daewoo Shipping and Marine Engineering to provide jacket and topsides engineering and design for Chevron’s South Nemba Auxiliary (SNX) project.

Wood Group - CCC JV wins PDO contract
Petroleum Development Oman awarded a seven-year $800 million engineering and maintenance services contract to Wood Group - CCC, a joint venture set up to provide operations & maintenance services to the oil & gas and petrochemical industries in the Middle East.

Wood Group GTS awarded GE Frame 9E gas turbine contract
Wood Group GTS has been awarded a five-year gas turbine maintenance agreement by Stadtwerke München (SWM), Germany’s largest municipal company, which supplies gas and electricity to more than one million customers in the Munich area.
