The Objectives
To ensure that Wood Group companies and Wood Group personnel (including contractors, consultants and agents retained by Wood Group) comply with all laws and regulations, conduct all business activities with integrity and maintain and protect the reputation of Wood Group.
What is expected?
Wood Group personnel are expected to perform work with honesty and integrity and comply with all applicable laws in the course of their business activities. Wood Group prohibits all forms of illegal or improper payments including "facilitating or greasing" payments in exchange for favors or business advantages.
Gifts and Entertainment
Gifts and entertainment whether given or received by Wood Group personnel must be approved in advance by senior management and may be recorded on a register.

Wood Group personnel must report suspected or actual violations of the policy. Wood Group companies will ensure that personnel will not suffer retaliation or retribution for reporting concerns in good faith. Concerns can be reported to the Wood Group legal department or via the ethics helplines or email.
