Recycling campaign gains momentum
Our J P Kenny London office is 'going even greener' in 2008 with a new and improved recycling programme throughout the office. Information on what to recycle is available on the intranet, on notice boards and via e-mail. With designated recycling areas in all kitchens and individual recycling bins for all staff, the amount of recycling has increased from 6,600 litres in 2006 to 11,000 litres in 2007. Rachel Williams, speaking on behalf of her colleagues at JPK, says, "Everyone in the office is determined to stay 'green' and help the environment, through continued improvements and meeting the environmental targets set by our HSE and facilities departments."
Worldwide HSE Conferences Report
Following the fifth and final HSE conference which took place on June 11, we will be publishing the worldwide Group HSE Conferences Report. Comprising a review of the regional conferences that took place earlier this year in Aberdeen, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Houston and Bogotá, the publication will also be supported by an extensive range of material that will be available online.
Please use the information online and in printed publications. It is one of the ways in which we want to share learnings on best practice and encourage continuous improvement in HSE performance.
